TYLER PERRY’S SISTAS SEASON 6 EPISODE 7 REVIEW

Credit: BET

Tensions continue to rise between Zac and Fatima over the situation with Karen. Here’s our review of Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 6 Episode 7.

**SPOILER ALERT**

“What’s up, baby?” This is what Zac tried to pull as Fatima pulled up at the salon to find Karen kissing Zac on the cheek. But she’s all business, getting him to sign paperwork for his son.

Fatima isn’t the only person heated. Aaron saw the whole thing and presses Zac, who continues to be petty, before leaving.

After Sabrina and Maurice learn they may do 15 years in jail, and Maurice threatens to “gut him {Que) like a fish”, Sabrina pushes Maurice to take responsibility for allowing Que into his home and ruining their lives. As they arrive at home, Maurice is still griping about what Que has taken from him. Calvin encourages to go into a new line of business, but it falls on deaf ears.

Meanwhile, Que is back at work, in a wheelchair, as the tension between him and Danni continues. Sabrina calls Danni and learns that Que is back at work. Sabrina decides to meet with Que so she can let him know how much pain he’s caused her. Sabrina arrives at the airport to try and reason with Que, but he isn’t hearing it (at first). When it’s clear someone has hurt him, she decides to forgive him. Whatever she said got through to him as he sheds a tear.

Although he learns from Gary that she’s clean, Hayden continues to have second thoughts about his marriage to Tamara. He becomes even more uneasy as she offers to “pleasure him” at work. Fatima is also feeling uneasy about the whole arrangement, deciding to back out after learning Tamara and Hayden are married. Gary comes to the office looking for Andi only to find Tamara “doing her thing”.

The episode ends with a new client coming into the law office. As she files for divorce, she encourages Fatima and Andi to not get married which sets off alarms for Fatima in her relationship with Zac.

The highlight of the episode is Crystal Renee Hayslett’s acting. Wow. While Tyler Perry’s productions are known for lots comedy and drama, you don’t always get stellar acting performances that give you goosebumps. Hayslett gave us one of those this episode. The whole Zac-Fatima_Karen love triangle is great television that a lot of us who have been in serious relationships can relate to. It was a brave decision to cause tension between the show’s most beloved couple and characters, but congrats to Tyler Perry and friends for executing it so well and drive fans crazy in the process.
