TYLER PERRY’S SISTAS SEASON 7 EPISODE 11 RECAP

Friendships are tested, Penelope is MIA, and Karen learns her babies’ paternity. Here’s our recap of Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 7 Episode 11.

If Twitter is any indicating, many fans of Sistas found this episode disappointing. Yes, we finally get some answers to some key questions, and there’s some tension among the girls as old relationships are questioned and new friendships evolve which makes things interesting. But fans are riding for Fatima who has been getting the short end of the stick for too long.

Here are the highlights from Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 7 Episode 11.

Andi’s dream

The episode opens with some cleanup in Gary’s office and we learn it’s not the first time he’s hired a cleaning crew.

Meanwhile, Andi wakes up to a nightmare about blood and a woman screaming. After some sexy time with Jordan, Andi is pretty chipper walking into the office. That’s until she finds an angry Ms. Marie Willis waiting for her in her office. Andi is looking into a gag order against Ms. Marie’s husband, but Ms. Marie isn’t convinced it will work and wants her to look into a co-accused. An opportunistic Hayden shows up after looking into Ms. Marie’s prenuptial agreement. After impressing Ms. Marie, Hayden is hired as Andi’s co-accused, but Ms. Marie encourages them to work together or she’ll take her business elsewhere.

Karen tells Fatima about the new arrangement when Hayden barges in and asks Fatima to get out. Hayden wants to get up to speed on the case, but Andi isn’t feeling it. It really comes down to them competing for partner at the firm and Hayden isn’t sure Andi will get it after Jordan’s controversy with the young girl.

Speaking of Jordan, he is interviewing a new team member, but he seems a little suspect. We soon learn he’s a plant from Gary and his right hand man.

Sabrina’s job

Sabrina, who is still angry about her meeting with her supervisor, invites Karen and the girls over for some mocktails. But Karen wants to make sure Fatima won’t be there. As soon as she gets off the phone, her supervisor lets her know that she got the Branch Manager position and that she deserves it.

Meanwhile, Maurice continues his sex worker business when Sabrina knocks at the door to let Maurice know Paige got fired for doing “things” with clients and that she got the Branch Manager job. Maurice isn’t shocked. He was the one who made the call to the branch. Sabrina offers him his job back at the bank, but he doesn’t seem to be sure about whether he wants to leave his business.

Karen and Danni’s tension

Karen then calls Danni and there seems to be a little tension between them. Karen tells her about mocktails but she doesn’t want Fatima, her new friend, to be there. Danni doesn’t take to being told who she can be friends with or her and the girls being called “a pack of disloyal heifers”. With the girls potentially inviting Fatima, Karen invites Pam. Is Pam going to become an even bigger character on the show like Fatima a few seasons ago?

Now that Pam and Karen are besties, Pam wants an extra 30 minutes for her lunch break so she can go to the bank to open a business account for her business. After buttering up Karen by letting her know she’s her role model for how she rebuilt the salon and handled being pregnant with twins, Karen gives her the extra time she needs.

Zac pulls up to the office to surprise her with her favorite foods for lunch. Danni calls “Tima” to join the girls at the juice bar, but she’s unsure when she finds out Karen will be there. Fans have been wanting the Danni and Fatima friendship and the writers delivered.

“You and Karen have more in common than your amazing taste in men.”

Zac sees Karen and Fatima hanging with each other’s friends as a potential truce but Fatima isn’t feeling it.

Things are looking up for Danni after Tony surprises her with a pearl necklace and an office quickie.

Girls’ day out

Later, at the juice bar, Rich surprises Sabrina with the new bag she wanted. Soon all the girls show up, including Fatima and Pam. Sabrina calls out Danni for adding alcohol to her drink instead of standing in solidarity with her and Karen. Soon tensions rise between Karen and Pam and Danni and Fatima. Karen wonders why she and Danni are even friends, and Danni agrees the friendship might be over.

Andi and Fatima dip after Jordan calls Andi asking if she’s heard from Penelope. They soon show up at Gary’s office asking where Penelope is.

At home, Karen gets a call from the hospital about the paternity of her baby. Plot twist. She finds out Zac is only the father of one of her babies.
