The Sistas host Karen’s baby shower and Gary makes a big announcement. Here’s our recap of Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 7 Episode 19.
Tonight’s episode of Tyler Perry’s Sistas sees the whole crew come together to celebrate Karen, Zac and Aaron and their twins.
Look over Twitter/X, there are a lot of fans not only upset with his episode, but the whole season. Some are upset that Fatima continues to get the short end of the stick.
So without further adieu, let’s take a closer look. Here’s our recap of Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 7 Episode 19.
Jordan on the rebound
The episode begins two weeks later, as we see a disheveled Jordan sitting in front of the TV watching soap operas. His pity party is interrupted when Penelope gives him a call. He wants to know where she is, but she encourages him to calm down and be patient. When he asks about the baby, she lets him know that she lost it. In turn, Jordan lets Penelope know that he and Andi broke up. Penelope replies that it doesn’t sound like her, but Jordan explains that she broke his heart. She still encourages him to win both the election and Andi’s heart back.
Later, Tony and Rich pull up to Jordan’s house to check on him and find him in rough shape on the couch.
Sabrina finds a sperm donor?
At the bank, Damani shares his article for the company newsletter about Sabrina with her. She loves it and it’s clear he thinks highly of her.
He also asks about her search for a sperm donor and offers his. He was a sperm donor back in college and thinks they’d make great babies together. She interviews him on the spot and even asks for a baby picture.
It’s clear that he’s into her.
Ms. Marie moving on?
At the law office, Ms. Marie walks in and threatens to take her business to another firm if Andi and Hayden haven’t found anything. Hayden has found that her husband may have cheated on her with his assistant after finding hundreds of thousands dollars in money transfers to an account in her name.
Ms. Marie is wondering why Andi isn’t saying anything and letting Hayden show her up. When Andi leaves, Ms. Marie asks Hayden to meet her in his office for some extracurriculars.
When Hayden arrives at home, Tamara kisses him as soon as he gets in the door. Things get awkward when she finds a gray pubic hair in her mouth after their kiss. He turns the table on her wondering what she’s been hiding on her phone for the past month.
Karen’s baby shower
At Karen’s baby shower, Maurice questions why it looks like Pam’s company is the sponsor and whether she is pushing her products at the shower.
At the Zatima house, Fatima is bothered because she never saw herself going to a baby shower for her fiance who is the baby daddy for another woman. Zac responds that he never saw this situation for himself either.
Meanwhile, Karen isn’t too proud of the situation either, but her mother reminds her she has a strong support system.
At the shower, Zac meets Tony and Rich for the first time. It’d a nice moment on screen. They ask him for advice on how to deal with Sabrina and Danni. Zac encourages them to expect the unexpected.
Danni and Fatima catch up with Danni wondering how she’s doing.
When speeches begin, Karen is emotional about everyone coming out to support her and her babies.
Andi shows up late as we find out that Danni hasn’t heard from her in two weeks. Tony and Rich are giving her the cold shoulder after she dumped Jordan.
At the shower, we learn that both babies will be girls. Although Zac and Aaron are all smiles, Fatima isn’t smiling. Karen asks Danni and Sabrina to be the godmothers of her twins and thanks Fatima for the role she will play in her babies’ lives after seeing how good she is with Michael and how she holds Zac accountable for being a better father.
Later, after a nice moment between Karen and Fatima, Karen tells her that Andi broke up with Jordan.
Gary then shows up and causes trouble, including telling Zac to “put a muzzle on your bitch”, aka Fatima.
The episode ends with Gary introducing everyone to his fiancêe Andrea Barnes.
