Nicole Chambers and Faiza are in the mood to be loved, pampered and shown affection on their new R&B ballad “Spoil Me”.
Fresh off the release of her single “Timeless”, Canadian R&B/Neo-Soul singer-songwriter and artist Nicole Chambers is back with another love ballad “Spoil Me” with a little help from fellow Toronto singer-songwriter and artist Faiza. Produced by Daniel Espina and Truss along with Chmst on trumpet, this latest single is the fourth track for her upcoming project. On the track, the two explain that the love and affection they receive from their love interests is what keeps their intimacy and romance alive.
The song starts with a nice, haze-like, echoing production. Meanwhile, Faiza begins the chorus well as she sings about why they should be showered with love and affection and the qualities that her love interest embodies. The song encapsulates amazing background vocals along with vibrant synths and drums hitting within the haze-like sound pattern and direction from the start until the end. Nicole brings an amazing delivery in the next verse as she dedicates the track to her love for providing her with the best love, as well as how he chooses to show his affection, including trips to exotic countries like Belize to gifts like clothes, jewelry, and roses. In turn, she appreciates her lover for affirming her in becoming the best that she could be. Faiza then continues with the bridge through catchy verses before delivering a quirky one-liner at the end, “I’m a thick girl with expensive taste.”
Nicole then closes it out with an amazing outro. This track is for people who deserve to be catered to with love, affection and the finer things. No matter your love language, one deserves to be spoiled regardless.
