SVLM CHANNELS “THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS” IN NEW VIDEO FOR “SIX SPEED”

Six Speed

Two months after releasing the single “Six Speed”, which has earned him a coveted spot on the Northern Bars playlist and currently sits at over 80,000 streams and counting on Spotify, SVLM is back with the visuals for his latest release.

With a focus on quality over quantity, SVLM doesn’t drop visuals very often, but when he does, he’s known to give audiences a big production as we’ve scene with previous video releases “Day Dreaming”, “405” and Big Fish”.

“I really wanted to give the viewer a cinematic experience, something that will be remembered even without the music. I love putting on a show, and I think we really did our thing with this one”, the Ottawa-based artist explains.

With this video, SVLM reunites with director Just Jay with whom he collaborated on “405” back in 2018. The pair channel the Fast & the Furious movie franchise in this video, including beautiful women, fast cars, and motorcycles. They even included some cut scenes and post credit scenes that add a personal touch to the video. Rohit of nbrhdstudios also worked on the project.

His other longtime collaborator, producer and engineer Cardeblanche, makes an appearance as “Jerry” adding more comedy relief to the video. SVLM also flexes his comedic muscle as he gets his Eddie Murphy on, playing multiple characters at once.

Once again, SVLM comes through with a high quality visual gem, but what makes this one stand out from his previous entries is the level at which it engages the audience. It consistently ramps up in energy until the song ends, and then lets the comedy ensue. All in all, another great entry into his visual catalogue, and definitely worth the watch.
