In our latest sneaker article, we take a look at the Adidas and M&M’s limited edition Forum Low 84 sneaker with a M&M Peanuts inspired yellow and brown colorway.
Today marks the official release of the new Adidas and M&M’s limited edition sneaker. A collaboration with candy maker Mars Wrigley, the new M&M’s x Adidas Forum Low 84 comes in an M&M Peanuts inspired yellow and brown colorway, including Adidas’ signature Three Stripes in brown.
Made with a luxe rubberized leather upper and rubber sole, the shoe also has a “m” perforation on the toe box and is highly customizable. It comes with a removable M&M’s flag along the shoe laces, six extra laces, 20 lace jewels, two straps and attachable details.
At first glance, it has a real retro vibe to it, drawing from both basketball and street style. The details on this sneaker are impeccable, including the insole which is a piece of art on its own.
For Mars Wrigley, the collaboration between the two iconic brands was a no-brainer.
“Mars is thrilled to be teaming up with the style masterminds at adidas on the launch of the adidas Originals Forum Lo 84 M&M’S sneaker, a true collaboration between two iconic brands,” said Mars Wrigley Global Marketing Vice President Jane Hwang.
“The M&M’S brand has long been committed to bringing people together by creating colourful fun for all, as part of our mission to create a world where everyone feels they belong. Mars is proud to celebrate fans from all communities through this collaboration, which is also customizable, allowing sneaker and candy fans to enjoy even more moments of fun through personal expression.”
The collaboration was originally planned for October 2021, but was delayed. We imagine there will be more colorways coming down the pike so stay tuned.
This limited edition drops retails for only $150USD. For more information or to pick up a pair visit adidas.com.
