Gary has more up his sleeve and Zac gets good news. Here’s our recap of Tyler Perry’s Sistas Season 7 Episode 6.
Sabrina’s birthday
The episode opens with Mimosa Monday as the sistas celebrate Sabrina’s birthday. Karen fills the ladies in on Zac wanting a DNA test before they take turns telling Sabrina what they love about her. Sabrina gets a little emotional about getting older and her biological clock ticking. She announces that she’s decided to freeze her eggs. Danni, on the other hand, agrees with Rich and just wants to be an aunt or godmother.
After the party, Sabrina pulls up to Maurice’s house as he’s in the middle of camming with one of his clients. He fills her in on his recent date and she fills him on the latest with Rich before he sings her a high pitched Happy Birthday. She also asks about Calvin. It’s good that they’re still mentioning Calvin which means a return in a future season isn’t out of the question.
A drunk (and apparently horny) Danni shows up at Tony’s office ready for some action when a pair of children (Tony’s children) walk in. He needs to help his baby mother out by watching the kids for the summer. Danni is shocked after admitting the scene before that she doesn’t like kids.
Meanwhile, Karen stops at the hospital to confirm who the father of her child is.
Gary and Hayden, together again
When Gary and Hayden meet up at the gym, Gary wants to talk, but first the coke sniffer has to wipe his bloody nose. Hayden is leery of Gary’s ideas after the FBI showed up at his house, but they arrange for a double date with their ladies. Unfortunately, he forgot to tell Tamara. When Gary and Penelope arrive at Hayden’s house, Tamara wonders why Gary is here. Hayden explains Gary is helping him become a partner at the law firm. During dinner, Gary takes a call and starts scheming about getting a cop on board with his schemes.
When Hayden shows Penelope where the bathroom is, Tamara lets Gary know that she’s onto him before they kiss.
Pam, the entrepreneur
Karen returns from Sabrina’s party to find a commotion in the salon. Pam is selling her products, which she made by using Karen’s credit card. With a line outside the door, it looks like it’s a success. Trey shows up, again, and throws another compliment her way. He’s starting to get a bit annoying with his pregnant woman fetish.
Zac’s good news
Later at the law office, a tearful Zac gets some good news. Comforted by Fatima, he celebrates being awarded custody of Michael with the help of Andi. Mid-celebration, Fatima gets a message that changes her mood. It appears to be foreshadowing some bad news on the way. Later, we find Fatima was accepted into law school.
When Fatima gets home, Zac went crazy buying toys and child proofing the house. She decides to call Angela over to talk. She explains that she got into law school, but is now a mom. Angela encourages her to “color outside the lines” and find an arrangement that works for her.
