Leading up to her appearance at SXSW, Toronto’s LolaBunz has drops a music video for her latest offering “No Patience”.
The Toronto underground scene has slowly picked up steam over the last few years, and many artists were able to showcase their talents on the grander stage at Rolling Loud Toronto in 2022.
Of these artists, Lola Bunz, who is preparing to take the stage at SXSW, is one who has begun gaining the respect of many through her versatile music skills, showcasing her fiery lyricism and her ability to infuse different musical influences to create a unique style that stands out.
No better is this shown than in the Toronto-born artist’s latest track “No Patience” where Bunz’ fierce ambition is molded into her lyrics with a beat that somehow orchestrates a chill vibe mixed with an intensity that highlights Bunz’ purpose.
The recently released music video enhances Bunz’ message further, with a lot of visuals of Bunz overlooking the city of Toronto, symbolizing the scale of her goals and ambitions. The second half gives us a peak into a recording session for Bunz, where her dedication to creating thoughtful music is further showcased. Through the song and video, Bunz’ drive to be great is there for all to see.
The single is the start of what Bunz has described as a “big year” for her, as she plans on releasing a variety of songs and music videos throughout 2023.
