The talented Nottingham-based duo behind “No Rush,” Young T & Bugsey, are back to takeover your speakers with their latest album Truth Be Told.
The album shares a mix of snappy bass kicks and smooth afrobeat rhythms. The embracive sonically diverse album shows the range of the duo’s cultural musical influences of Rap and Hip Hop while also staying true to their afro-fusion roots. The album includes features from M Huncho, Chronixx and Blxst, to name a few.
Known for coining the phrase “lifestyle gangland,” a tag line included in one of their first UK hit singles “Gangland” featuring Belly Squad, the 2017 single now has over 16 million views. This viral hit caught the attention of many for its catchy lyrics and bumping beat. The song includes elements of UK signature’s Grime rap. This isn’t the only single that had eyes turning from the BET nominees for Best International Act, “Strick A Pose” featuring UK rapper Aitch and TikTok famous single “Don’t Rush” are among their viral hit list.
Truth Be Told is anticipated to garner even more momentum as Young T & Bugsey continues to set the record straight with their flows.
