After a high profile collab with Night Lovell and FTG Reggie, Lindasson is back with a brand new single and music video “Forever Loner Baby”.
Budding Ottawa hip-hop star, Lindasson, has been quickly gaining traction in the first half of 2021, both locally and beyond. After a high profile collab with Night Lovell and FTG Reggie, gracing the cover of the entertainment section of the Ottawa Citizen, and being profiled in CBC Music’s “Beyond The 6”, a series which featuring hip-hop artists and scenes outside of Toronto, the rapper and producer is back with a brand new single “Forever Loner Baby”.
Featuring his signature melodic and high pitched sound with vocal layers and texture, Lindasson feels like he wants to escape it all, singing on the hook:
“I take flight. I wanna fly away. It feels so right. I’m a loner baby.”
The street storyteller then switches it up and shows a different side of himself as he tackles the complexities of love.
“What’s love? I think it’s bittersweet. Too much, might get the best of me.”
All of his hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. The single has already gained placement on Spotify’s Northern Bars playlist.
The single also came with some new visuals courtesy of Ben Telford. The video shows a ski mask wearing Lindasson sitting in an abandoned house before it switches to him outside in front of a bonfire.
The hardworking rapper hasn’t missed a step so far in 2021, seemingly making all the right moves. With his attention to detail and consistent work ethic, there’s no telling what he’ll accomplish before the end of the year.
“Forever Loner Baby” is available on all major streaming platforms. Meanwhile, click the featured image above to checkout the firy new visuals.
